Business Analyst (It/Bank) - Ref: My

Job Objectives

· Fulfil the FBA role in project MAS 656 Project, to go ITC in Jun 2024, go live in Jan 2025

· Fulfil the FBA role in pre-project works (wrm replacement, CMT for subs). Pre-work to start in q4 2024, targeting to go ITC in q2 2025

Key Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analysis is responsible for managing significant projects (e.G., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, etc.), and includes business systems analysis or technical writing. Activities require a broad knowledge of the organization and its key functions.

The Business Systems Analysis focus specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas, identifying business unit requirements, creating project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

The Technology function is responsible for activities related to the strategic direction and control of all information systems and technology capabilities, both internally and externally. Includes system design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database management, and computer operations.

Key Requirements

· 6-9 years of experience of business analysis or similar position, preferably in banking or financial service industry

· Knowing basic technology and SDLC (waterfall or Agile) is a must

· Having experience or exposure in regulation, credit origination or corporate lending is a plus

· Able to communicate with and engage stakeholders at different levels from different functions

· Able to bridge technology and business and convey the message efficiently

· Able to complete the assigned tasks independently or with limited guidance
