Business Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on optimal financing structures, conducting financial analysis, identifying financing solutions or merger and acquisition opportunities, and guiding clients through the transaction process. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to forge strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and strategic partners.
• Assist senior consultants in providing expert advisory services on business financing solutions and mergers &
  acquisitions.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate the financial health and performance of clients' businesses.
• Support the development of comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and deal structures.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction execution and deliver exceptional client service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business financing and mergers &
  acquisitions.
