Business Development Executive / Manager
(Equipments for Industrial)


  • Location:
    Tuas (Company pick up available - West &
    North)
  • Salary:
    $3,500 - $5,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS

  • Working days:
    Monday - Friday
  • Working hours:
    8:
    30am – 4.30pm




Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, search, and develop new businesses.
  • Assist in setting up organizations to support new businesses.
  • Provide sales/technical support and be responsible for new business/products – Sales &
    GP$.
  • Drive sales volume and develop new accounts for assigned products.




Duties &
Responsibilities:




New Product Development:


  • Conduct market surveys for new business opportunities/products.
  • Establish business relationships with vendors.
  • Support management in developing business proposals to secure distributorships.
  • Upon approval, proceed with business setup and work with subsidiaries to market new products/services.




Sales Role:


  • Meet potential/existing customers to explore sales opportunities.
  • Visit job sites to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and present products/applications to customers.
  • Update sales activities and quotations in the company CRM.
  • Conduct monthly sales reviews and submit performance reports.
  • Monitor market share and competition, and take necessary actions.
  • Seek business opportunities through market information.
  • Promote products via trade shows, advertisements, direct mailings, sales seminars, etc.




Subsidiaries Sales Support/Marketing Role:


  • Work closely with subsidiaries’ sales teams to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure subsidiaries have a proper sales management system:

  • Manage customer databases.
  • Monitor enquiries, quotes, sales (delivery), and lost sales.
  • Gather market and competitive information.
  • Ensure subsidiaries’ sales teams are well-trained in product knowledge.
  • Conduct joint visits to review business development, carry out joint-sales customer visits, and gather market information.
  • Share market insights with subsidiaries to develop action plans for promoting and selling products that benefit customers.




Requirements:


  • “A” level or Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Selling &
    marketing experience will be preferred
  • Preferably with business development experiences and relevant technical background
