Responsibilities


  • Collaborates closely with internal laboratory and hedging teams to propel business expansion, pinpointing new business prospects, nurturing client connections, and contributing strategic endeavors to enhance organizations overall prosperity.
  • Acquire precious metals including Gold &
    Silver within Singaporeand evaluate purchasing decisions with a focus on cost efficiency to ensure that all business transactions are profitable for the company.
  • Prepare proposals to customers according to the calculation methods for the precious metals.
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to understand the latest market developments.
  • Make comparisons with the company's services to identify areas for improvement or differentiation, potential business opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to expand existing accounts.
  • Document and monitor all trade deals to ensure prompt delivery of subject metals, as well as ensure payment and collection by the due date
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Cultivate relationships with new customers to secure business opportunities.
  • Update the CRM system with supplier, business leads information and follow-up status.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Operations Manager on activities, targets and performance.


Requirements


  • Diploma in any Engineering/Chemical studies with 1-2 years of working experience in sales/business development function is preferred, no experience also welcome to apply.
  • Possess Class 3 driving license with own vehicle is preferred.
  • Knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork abilities, possessing strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with colleagues in achieving the shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Comfortable and willing to work under outdoor environment
  • Basic + Commission + AWS + VB, 5 days, 9am to 6pm, Jurong.
