We are searching for a Business Development Executive for a well-known contract manufacturing company in Singapore who has clients across Medical, Automotive, Electronics and Industrial sectors. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the candidate will be involved in the business development of new accounts and projects in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish new contacts and develop new account
  • Build strong customer relationships with accounts
  • Develop sales forecast and marketing plan for key accounts
  • Work with sales and marketing team to achieve sales growth
  • Spearhead and / or support overseas marketing activities such as seminars, tradeshows, exhibitions etc
  • Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and identify required strategies accordingly


Job Requirements:


  • Degree in relevant course (Engineering / Materials Science / Marketing)
  • Minimum 3 years of BD/sales/marketing experience in MedTech and/or Precision Engineering industry preferred
  • Able to carry out market research and intelligence to reach targeted companies
  • Able to generate new program from potential and current customer
  • Experience in BD/marketing/project management with Medical Devices/Automotive/Electronics will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in plastics/metal/powder injection molding
  • Excellent presentation, communication, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • Self-driven and result oriented with the ability to implement change to positively affect results
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, with Mandarin as an advantage for handling Mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to travel overseas independently
