Responsibilities:


As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and nurturing valuable relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our strategic objectives and shape the future of our organization.




Primary Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition


  • Lead Generation:
    Utilize a variety of channels &
    platforms including jobportals, social media, cold calling, and referrals to engage potential clients, thereby generating high-quality leads
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market research within targeted sectors to identify client needs, requirements, and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach for each client
  • Internal Collaboration:
    Work closely with our internal talent acquisition division to expedite the fulfilment of client job orders, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction


Secondary Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management


  • Developing Relationships:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster loyalty and client retention.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Address client concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve issues
  • Business Growth:
    Identify opportunities to increase revenue by strategically upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to boost overall client engagement
  • Feedback Integration:
    Gather and consolidate feedback to continuously improve service offerings and optimize client experience and satisfaction


Requirements:


  • CEI (Basic) with EFMA and MDW preferred
  • Strong passion for sales, result-driven, self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
