Business Development Manager (Regional Exp/Solution Based/Security Services)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Managed Services in the Asia Pacific region.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  
• Engage with key clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design and propose tailored Managed Services solutions.
  
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Company services to clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to Managed Services.
  
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements and Company capabilities
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
  
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience (Security/ Solution based)
  
• Regional sales experience is preferred.
  
• Have experience in Technology and Engineering industry
  
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
  
• Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
