Business Development / Sales Manager (Project)

Responsibilities:

• Discover new market opportunities and close contracts sales opportunities.
  
• Track potential and current projects for engagement.
  
• Carry out preparing sales quotes and proposals according to the customer needs.
  
• Address any project-related issues and coordinate with the operations for smooth delivery and returns.
  
• Enhance service efficiency by collaborating with other departments.
  
• Assist with the receivable collection process.
  
• Update the Director on sales progress and marketing efforts.
  
• Creating a sales strategy to ensure the target is met on a monthly, quarterly, yearly annually.
  
• Conduct training for sales staff and monitor their performance.
  
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any related discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of Sales working experience.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
