Business Finance Manager (Full Commission)

We're seeking a results-driven Business Finance Manager (Full Commission) to join our team at Trinexis Consultants Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will connect clients with suitable loan or financial options, build relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loan Origination:
Source and secure new loan opportunities for clients
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders
- Loan Structuring:
Analyze financial data to determine optimal loan structures
- Lender Network:
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Deal Closing:
Facilitate loan closures and ensure timely disbursements
- Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends and loan products
- Team Collaboration:
Work with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in loan broking, finance, insurance, property or related fields
- Discipline and self motivated
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Willingness to learn how to analyze financial data and structure loans

Nice to Have:

- Experience in financial planning, credit analysis, or risk assessment
- Knowledge of financial software and systems (e.G., CRM system)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
