Job scope

• 
  
• Accountable for day to day programme operations support not limited to support with loyalty operations, rewards management and consumer / partner services
  
• Responsible for setup, configuration and management of partners
  
• Responsible and accountable for monthly billing and support
  
• Support for daily, weekly and monthly operations to manage customers as well as partners and the rewards pertaining to them
  
• Support for terminal management, crediting of loyalty points and adjustments etc
  
• Lastly, support with resolution with issues pertaining to customers rewards account and related points, rewards etc.
  

Requirement

• 
  
• Min Degree with 3-7 years of exp in programme operations, payment industry or loyalty programme
  
• Knowledge of SQL ( data extraction, generation of reports) preferred
  
• Management of large database, Access, Excel / CSV files, Tableau data in the capacity of end user
  
• Knowledge of batch scripts and processing
