Business Process Reengineering Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and update BPR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards
  
• Conduct assessments of business processes using process analysis tools to identify continuous improvement opportunities in operational productivity and/or streamlining of workflows
  
• Develop and lead implementation of business process reengineering (BPR) strategies and/or solutions to optimize operational efficiency
  
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of BPR initiatives against predefined metrics and objectives
  
• Ensure seamless integration of BPR solutions with existing systems
  
• Communicate BPR concepts and methodologies effectively to internal stakeholders across functional teams to ensure understanding and buy-in of process improvement initiatives
  
• Provide expert guidance on BPR methodologies to foster a culture of process excellence
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field of studies
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement
  
• Possess experience in projects and cross-functional teams management
  
• Proficiency in process analysis methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and/or other similar frameworks
  
• Possess certifications such as, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, BPMN certification, and/or other relevant process improvement certifications
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
