Business/System Analyst

• 
  
• Work closely with vendors and system integrators for post go-live enhancements and global rollout projects. This includes validating requirements, designing functionality, developing test plans, managing data cleansing, and strategizing system migrations.
  
• Serve as an ETRM Expert, actively assessing and providing solutions to meet functional requirements and resolve complex business scenarios alongside solution architects and software designers.
  
• Participate in or lead projects and change management initiatives to streamline business processes.
  
• Design effective testing strategies, develop test cases, and conduct functional and End-to-End testing.
  
• Support the IT team in ensuring the smooth operation of core ETRM and peripheral applications.
  
• Develop mitigation plans to address immediate operational gaps and maintain business continuity during system cutover and post go-live.
  
• Act as the main on-site contact for providing system administrative support to the local user community after project implementation.
  
• Develop a tailored support model to ensure effective ongoing support.
  

Looking for someone with strong hands-on experience with major ETRMS systems like ASPECT, Enuit, OPENLINK, Allegro, Triple Point. Experience as a functional consultant in ETRM project delivery and operations is necessary, along with a strong understanding of energy trading and risk management workflows.
Proficiency in requirement gathering, user management, and driving process optimizations is essential. Candidates should also have experience in Level 1 and/or 2 ETRMS support and be able to engage trading end-users while championing new initiatives.
