About the Role:

A bustling cafe located at Payalebar Point is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team. If you have managerial experience in a cafe setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we invite you to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  Manage daily operations, schedule staff shifts efficiently, and ensure service efficiency.
  
• Customer Service:
  Maintain high standards of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Operational Coordination:
  Work closely with headquarters to implement strategies and promotional activities.
  

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of management experience in a cafe environment.
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  
• Excellent bilingual (English and Mandarin) communication skills to handle diverse situations in daily operations.
  
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and competent in managing a team and resources.
