Job Descriptions

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, handle manage enquires and reservations from various online channels.
  • Ensure accurate bookings of reservations for treatment, consultation, cancellation, etc.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and beupdated with our monthly promotion, and ensure information provided for our customers are accurate.
  • Follow-up on customers’ complaints and feedback.
  • Support shop to meet monthly sales target.
  • Support the daily operation and administrative duties such as responding to emails, SMS and any online enquires etc.
  • Any other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Able to converse well in English
  • Good verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, friendly and pleasant.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Other Information &
Benefits

  • Work hours:
    10 am to 9 pm (Mon-Sat) and 10 am-7 pm (Sun)
  • 2 off days per week/ PH-in-lieu
  • Medical Benefits, Transport allowance, and other incentives
