Hiring :
Chef De Partie

- To be familiar with the respective cuisine and related kitchen operations.

- Assist in both frontline and backend food operations.

- To maintain an optimistic and lively working behaviour and be able to undertake stress.

- To adhere to food preparation and presentation requirements.

- To be familiar with the upkeep of all kitchen appliances and equipment.

- To maintain high levels of hygiene standards in the kitchen.

- To maintain good hygiene levels and expiry of food materials.

- To adhere to portion control requirements.

- To work with service and banqueting team.

- Any other additional projects/duties as instructed by Senior Sous Chef.

- Has to be responsible and take pride of work responsibilities.
