Duration:
1-year contract
Location:
Tuas (pickup at Serangoon, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Paya Lebar, Outram, Woodlands)
Qualification:
Nitec/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Certified Process Technician (CPT)
Salary:
$1,800 - $2,400
Shifts:
12-hour shifts, rotating day/night as per roster
Allowances:
Site and shift allowances provided

• 
  
• Conducts activities of equipment power supply and control. Moves raw material and process solvents received by Production Warehouse personnel
  
  • 
    
  • Loads production equipment and conducts activities aimed to put instruments, services and plant in the right conditions
    
  • Documents all the activities executed
    
  • Collaborate in solving any anomalies occurred and suggesting possible solutions
    
  • Collaborates with the Warehouse to pick up materials (raw material and / or process solvents) from delivery areas, to the shop floor communicating also to the Shift Manager, critical situations (quantities verification, codes, batch number, etc.)
    
  • Transfers liquids from trucks to tanks storage and vice versa

• Contributes to eliminate inefficiencies and wastes
  
  • 
    
  • Analyses with the Shift Manager / Production Supportunexpected causes of negative trends
    
  • Identifies inefficiencies and wastes paying attention to quality in the operative activities and processes/products
    
  
  
  

• 
  
• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
