Chief Pilates Trainer

We are hiring a head trainer for our pilates studio

Requirements:

-At least 10 years experience in coaching pilates

-At least 5 years of experience as head of programs

-At least 5 years of experience operating a pilates studio

-Able to handle the sales and marketing aspect of the studio

-Together with the management team, able to set strategic goals and KPIs

-Able to ensure smooth execution of business operations and marketing plans to meet strategic goals

-Able to formulate training and teaching plan for new trainers

-Awards and Certification is a plus
