The role Client Digital Campaigns Analyst focuses on planning and executing digital campaigns for clients. This role supports a MNC Bank client engagement activities for high-value clients. You will review and evaluate digital campaigns and engagement requests across channels such as EDM, push notifications, and mobile app placements. The goal is to ensure these communications are client-centric, valuable, and drive sales and digital revenue.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and evaluate digital campaigns and engagement requests to ensure they are client-focused and add value.
  • Use various digital channels like emails, push notifications, and mobile app placements to engage clients.
  • Aim to increase sales and digital revenue through effective client communication.
  • Prepare a monthly client contact dashboard to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and share best practices with the business team.


Experience and Skills Required:


  • At least 5 years of experience as a marketing manager, segment manager, or product manager in the financial services industry.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in digital channel marketing and commercialization.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with various business and function teams for daily activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner, able to multitask, and escalate concerns promptly.


The work location will be in the CBP.




Hybrid Working Schedule - 3 days work from office
