• Front desk and customer service duties
  
• Patient registration and key in appointment
  
• Answering phone calls and enquiries
  
• Maintain and update the database
  
• Process invoice and payment collection
  

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years’ of experience in healthcare or medical industry
