Clinic Assistant / Assistant Manager | Training Provided | Bishan

Basic Salary:
$2.6k-$3k (Clinic Assistant) | $2.8k-$3.4k (Assistant Manager)
Working Hours:
based on roster (5days Session, 3night session)
Working Location:
Bishan

Job Descriptions:

• Front desk duties, including patient registration, retrieval and filing of records and dispensing of medications
  
• Cashiering duties
  
• Administrative duties:
  handling phone calls, web or email enquiries, assist manager in submitting and checking claims;
  liaise with relevant external departments for medical reports
  
• Maintenance duties, including Infection control, sanitation and general cleanliness and upkeep of clinic premises and equipment
  
• Stock management duties, including ordering of medications or consumables and regular stock take of drugs and consumables
  
• Nursing duties, including chaperone for doctor, and assisting in procedures
  
• Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by manager or doctor
  

Job Requirements:

• With Relevant Clinic Experience
  
• To chaperone doctor
  
• Willing to commit at least 2-3 weekday nights and 1 weekend
  
• Training will be provided
