Cloud And Network Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities:
Design, manage, and support network and server infrastructure. Set up, manage, and support network security systems, specifically Fortigate firewalls. Configure and manage Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, storage, and networking. Set up and manage Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Handle escalated support tickets as a Level 2 Support Engineer, troubleshooting complex issues related to network, server, Azure, Office 365, and network security. Work on IT projects as required, ensuring successful on-time and on-budget delivery. Develop and maintain system documentation, including diagrams, operational, and support manuals. Train lower-level support team members and help them develop their skills. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in managing networks, servers, and network security systems. Experience with Fortigate firewall setup and support. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration. Previous experience in a Level 2 Support role or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant certifications (like MCSE, CCNA, Azure Administrator Associate, NSE 4 - Fortinet Network Security Professional) would be an advantage.
