Job Description
Partnerships:
- Maintain strong relationships with technology partners.
- Enable and certify sales and delivery teams.
- Manage partner programs and evaluate new technologies.
Financials:
- Achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Manage P&
L to maximize profitability and ensure financial clearance.
Product Management:
- Enhance and manage the outsourcing services portfolio.
- Develop innovative services based on industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to drive opportunities.
- Provide technical support and deliver presentations to promote services.
- Define product strategy and maintain competitive knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, pre-sales, product architecture, or solutions design.
- Certifications include Broadcom/VMware, HPE, Azure Associate/Professional, or equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge or experience in outsourcing architecture design and services operations, product management, or technical business development, with a strong familiarity with outsourcing, generative AI, cloud technologies, and cloud blueprint automation.
- Understanding private and public cloud, DevOps practices, automation, generative AI, and cloud observability tools.
- Experience managing various technology aspects, including cloud, security, connectivity, automation, and observability.
