You will be an expert in cross border international arbitration primarily in the disputes team. You will be handling high value disputes and advisory within the construction and projects industry.
about the manager/team
You will be a core member of the construction disputes team, joining an expanding team of highly competent experts and working in tandem with multiple partners within the department.
skills and experience required
You must be called to the Bar of a Commonwealth Jurisdiction. International disputes and arbitration experience of a cross border nature is essential to this role. Prior international firm experiences with around 3-5 PQE would be desirable.
