Job Description
- Attend tender interviews
- Provide support activities in procurement, attend
site meetings, monitoring deliveries and keeping
track of the entire project timeline
- Undertake cost analysis for project work
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and
undertake feasibility studies
- Perform risk, value management and cost control
- Prepare and analyse costing for tenders
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including
bills of quantities with the client
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Responsible for taking off measurement and
monthly progress claim.
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress
reports
- Value completed work and arranged payments
- Maintain awareness of the different contracts in
current use
- Ensure the construction project is completed within
its projected budget.
Job Requirement
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Required language(s):
English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the
related field is required for this position especially
Landscape/ Construction Industries.
- Required Skill(s):
quantity surveyor, project
management, site coordination, progress claims,
project costing, contracts
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity
Surveying or equivalent.
- Knowledge of contract administration &
tender
procedures is an advantage
- Relevant experience in Landscape/ Constructions
industry preferred
Working Time:
- 5.5 Working days per week
- 9am – 6pm
