- Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules and change orders. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing measures to mitigate construction project risks. Plan, organise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations. Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation and critical milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Prepare monthly progress report and follow up claims
- Supervise the construction team and own general work.
- Drafting 2D and 3D drawings.
- Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
