Construction Site Manager

Job Description

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub-contractors,
  
• Lead a team of professional &
  technical trained staffin planning, daily operation, liaise with client, consultants, sub-contractors &
  relevant authorities,
  
• Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes &
  WSH legislation and anyother legal or regulatory requirements
  
• Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
  
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
  
• Attend regular meeting with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
  
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
  
• Respond swiftly to work delays. Emergencies and other problems.
  
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  

Job Requirements.

• Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level / Diploma in Engineering or Construction.
  
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience on management in construction site.
  
• Preferably Manager specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  
• Preferably possess own transport.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office &
  Microsoft Project is a must.
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other acquired skill
  
• Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
  
• Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
  
• Relevant certificate - Construction site safety for Project Manager.
