My clientis a leading consulting firm specializing in providing data-driven solutions to clients in the investment firm. Currently seeking a talented Consultant with expertise in Tableau and data visualization to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Consultant specializing in Tableau and data visualization, you will play a key role in helping our clients derive insights from their data through compelling visualizations. This position requires strong technical skills in Tableau along with a solid understanding of data analysis and visualization best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower Clients with Data Insights:
  Lead a team of data specialists who collaborate with client technology teams to design and implement data products that unlock actionable business intelligence.
  
• Champion Data Platform Excellence:
  Manage and ensure the ongoing success of our data platforms, including providing Business as Usual (BAU) support, maintaining high availability, and resolving incidents efficiently.
  
• Safeguard Data Integrity:
  Hold the highest standards for data security and compliance. You'll meticulously monitor applications, actively identify and address potential issues, and work collaboratively with clients to maintain a robust data environment.
  
• Drive Continuous Improvement:
  Be a catalyst for innovation. Proactively identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and compliance enhancements within the data platform and client data
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tableau and data visualization.
  
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and other Tableau products.
  
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Prior hands-on experience in writing SQLs to fetch data from various data source (Database, API, JSON)
  
• Proficiency in one of the programming languages preferably PySpark or Python
  
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Tableau dashboards and reports.
  
• Experience with other data visualization tools is a plus.
