We are hiring Contract Customer Service Project Support to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage and process regional claims submitted by RRSA service partners.
  • Coordinate the procurement and shipment of spare parts, as well as return process for warranty spare parts from service partners. Handle and support billing and payment processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Support, Warranty and Sales team to facilitate claim processing and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements for documentation and archival.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for further enhancements.


Requirements:


  • Possess a Degree/Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in warranty administration, customer service, or similar administrative capacities.
  • Proficient with SAP and MS Office.
