Contract Facilities Technician Up To 3k - Hdt

Facilities Management technician ( Mon – Friday 8:
30 – 5:
30pm, sat alt half day)

- Perform plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the Supervisor.

- Troubleshoot electrical fault and reinstate the power supply and equipment back to normal operation.

- Troubleshoot air conditioning fault and reinstate the air conditioning back to normal operation.

- Repair water pipe burst, mechanical work, medical gases system and other related facilities equipment.

- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.

Job requirements:

• 
  
• able to start work immediately or on short notice
  
• must be able to commit to the working hours
  
• minimally Nitec holder in Facilities or any related role
  
• have at least one year experience as a facilities technician
