   3. Communicates and performs trainees evaluation to ensure that training goals are met.
      
   4. Evaluates and reviews trainees post-course performance and provide support to implement appropriate corrective measures if necessary.

2. Outpatient IT Systems Administration

   2. Creates and maintains outpatient IT system user training manuals.

2. OMU Administration

   2. Plans and coordinates SOC workgroup meetings and record minutes of meeting.
      
   3. Supports OMU administrative duties when required.
      
   4. Assists in collating information and data across outpatient setting, as required.
      
   
   
   

GENERAL

1. 
   
2. Participates in quality improvement projects at Hospital/Department level.
   
3. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills with the public and staff.
   
4. Supports clinic corporate events and compile name list for training purposes.
   
5. Highlights issues related to outpatient processes to the Clinic Managers.
   
6. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

- minimally GCE 'N' Levels
