Controller (Transport)

JOB SCOPE:

• 
  
• Coordinate operations using computers and phones in air-conditioned ops command room.
  
• To assign and ensure daily drivers job allocation.
  
• The Manager will provide a list of employees requiring transportation either to their workplace or back home.
  
• To organize transportation for staff, coordinating with Controllers for efficient carpooling arrangements, preferably accommodating 1-3 passengers per taxi, to pick up Staff from their homes and drop them off at the office.
  
• The Controllers will be actively engaged every half hour in coordinating and addressing any queries from the taxi drivers.
  
• Each coordination and allocation process for a trip is expected to take only 10 to 20 minutes.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  
• Fresh grad/no experience are welcome
  
• Proficient in IT, adept at navigating systems with ease
  
• Able to work graveyard shift hours
  
• Capable of route planning
  
• *Able to work from home once you've demonstrated independent proficiency in your tasks.

• Working hours:
  10pm to 645am (42 hours/week) (Between Monday to Sunday)
  
• Full time:
  5 days/week
  
• Rostered off days/Roster will be given by OM weekly
  
• Job placement:
