Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing corporate secretarial duties for a diverse set of international clients.
  
• Prepare and maintain statutory records such as board resolutions, share transfer forms and registers.
  
• Track and monitor requirements/deadlines to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  
• Electronic filing of corporate documents with various Companies Registry.
  
• Respond to client inquiries via emails.
  
• Perform Know Your Client functions (i.E. reviewing Application Form)
  
• Conduct due diligence checks on new and existing clients.
  
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma/ICSA or currently pursuing ICSA course.
  
• Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous.
