Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and standard legal requirements for company registration, tax declaration, and ACRA registration.
- Perform clerical tasks and handle document management.
- Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes.
- Handle sensitive matters confidentially and with discretion.
- Create and implement workplace policies to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and other regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to comply with laws and regulations.
- Coordinate visa arrangements.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations, preferably with knowledge of ACRA, Legal, and Tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English would be an advantage.
- 1-2 years of work experience is welcomed.
