Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and standard legal requirements for company registration, tax declaration, and ACRA registration.
  • Perform clerical tasks and handle document management.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes.
  • Handle sensitive matters confidentially and with discretion.
  • Create and implement workplace policies to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and other regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to comply with laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate visa arrangements.

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations, preferably with knowledge of ACRA, Legal, and Tax regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English would be an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of work experience is welcomed.
