Responsibilities


  • Take full accountability for the overall performance of the business in the SEA region, ensuring all business objectives align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Possess oversight of business operations, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including service, sales, product management, marketing, supply chain, etc.
  • Assess growth opportunities and segments in the SEA region, developing a concrete growth plan to drive consistent, profitable double-digit growth.
  • Oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring operational results align with plans and taking responsibility for financial budget plans, profit allocation, and usage plans.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to provide vision, leadership, and management required to achieve the company’s annual, mid-term, and long-term objectives.
  • Establish organizational and business systems, ensuring effective team building and management team selection, and validating internal management structures and basic management systems programs.
  • Identify and exploit market opportunities, develop business targets and plans to drive rapid business growth, and maximize investment returns.
  • Preside over the overall management of the company, formulating annual performance goals, business development strategies, and comprehensive marketing planning programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Take full ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&
    L) statement, ensuring the company meets its financial targets.
  • Continuously optimize the allocation of human resources and establish a high-performance culture to enhance the company’s organizational capabilities.
  • Work with China Counterpart to ensure sales growth in the SEA region and other Asian countries, implementing strategies to expand market share and customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with China Team in areas of finance, purchasing, engineering, and operations to ensure best practices are implemented across all areas of Southeast Asia.
  • Ensure the technical, marketing, and sales capabilities of the field sales team and distributor partners are top-notch. Value selling with a clearly defined and differentiated proposition, as opposed to low cost, is essential. The team must understand customers’ needs to provide product and service solutions that add value.
  • Become an industry influencer, an ambassador of the company in the market, and work proactively to influence the development of industry standards and regulations.

Requirements


  • Candiates with previous experience in Home Appliances primarily with HVAC expertise is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Candiate must be able to communicate in Mandarin as this position will be dealing with China Counterpart.
