Cpp Chartering Manager

Salling Search is currently recruiting an experienced CPP Chartering Manager for an established international shipping company that is currently expanding its presence in Singapore.
For this role, it is a must that you have the following skills, traits or past experience.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for finding and contracting backhaul voyages for all time charter vessels in the Pacific basin.
  
• Work with Commercial Director, Chartering Manager, and Strategic Analyst in establishing forward year COA targets prior to renewing COA agreements.
  
• Develop KPIs and monitor COA partner performance.
  
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full support and assistance when required.
  
• Involved with the annual budgeting team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in maritime studies, business management, international trade, foreign trade, engineering or a related field.
  
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
