What You’ll Do:

• Creative leader of the East Coast group of clients.
  
• Creative consultant and advisor to clients, building respect and trust with key client stakeholders and new business prospects
  
• Natural hunger and love for getting under the skin of client briefs and exploring big brave creative ideas that solve marketing problems and opportunities
  
• Leader and mentor of a highly ambitious, cross-functional creative team that includes art directors, copywriters, designers, artworkers, videographers, motion graphic producers, creative services and production managers – happy to oversee, guide and approve team outputs when needed
  
• Collaborator with researchers, strategists and planners to shape emotion-led strategies and single-minded propositions that are insight-led and uncover the WHY
  
• Fantastic Art Director and creative designer, with the ability to turn sometimes mundane technical copy into magical and compelling messages
  
• Confident pitcher who loves the thrill of selling ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams
  
• Digital native with proven conceptual, design and roll-out experience in all digital environments (social, video, mobile, interactive media, virtual events)
  
• Owner of your creative team’s vision, brand and reputation in the industry, helping to strengthen competitive advantage and drive innovation
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 15+ years within the creative industry, with 5+ years in a creative lead role
  
• Strong digital marketing portfolio - great knowledge and experience in the application of creative ideas across all digital channels
  
• Solid experience in leading B2B creative pitches and shaping B2B creative strategies across brand and demand generation programmes
  
• Proven record in growing and leading creative teams, either in-house or in an agency
  
• Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, both internal and client-facing
  
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, demanding environment, ensuring attention to detail, agility and quality control is upheld to the highest standard
  
• Team captain with strong ambitions and a big heart
  
• Strategic thinker and all-round marketing consultant
  
• Emotionally intelligent and empathetic
  
• Naturally curious, inquisitive, loves to try out new ideas
  
• Hands-on - happy to regularly switch between leading and doing when required
