Responsibilities:
Junior
Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with client goals and business needs
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform creative approach
Creative Ideation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts for videos and / or campaigns
- Write video scripts, develop storyboards, and direct shoots (sometimes)
- Develop proposal decks with compelling narratives and visuals to effectively communicate creative ideas
Client Engagement
- Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and improve proposals
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and production team members to bring creative concepts to life
Senior:
Strategy Development
- Together with the Sales and Account Management team, collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and market challenges
- Lead and develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with client goals and business needs
Creative Ideation
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas, concepts, and solutions for videos and/or campaigns
- Lead video production efforts by developing storyboards, directing shoots, and overseeing scriptwriting
- Lead efforts in creating proposal decks with compelling narratives and visuals to effectively communicate creative ideas
- Lead development of creative visuals
Client Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and market challenges
- Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and improve proposals
Campaign Execution
- Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that the campaign is delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and production team members to bring creative concepts to life
Leadership
- Oversee the creative team, delegating responsibilities and mentoring junior members of the team
Requirements:
Junior:
- Minimum one year experience in a creative or strategic role within an agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field OR Diploma in Screen Media, Film Studies, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Senior:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience in a creative or strategy role within an agency setting
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with different stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
