  • Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (including weekends)

Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound call
  • Attend to customers' enquiries via hotline and email
  • Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
  • Achieve individual and team KPI set by the management
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekends off)

  • Salary:
    Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
