• 5 Days, Wednesday – Sunday (10am – 7pm)

• Basic Up $2500 + AWS
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  
• Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
  
• Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  
• Handle inventory and order processing.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year customer service and admin experience.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
