Key Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm warranty and service contract coverage.
  
• Manage spare parts ordering and issuance.
  
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Provide service quotations to customers.
  
• Manage parts delivery and monitor job status.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and appointments.
  
• Maintain document records, issue invoices, and prepare necessary paperwork.
  
• Oversee vehicle servicing and repair processes.
  
• Handle negotiations, complaints, and sales closures.
  
• Build and maintain client relationships.
  
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/ 3A driving license.
