Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain current and new customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing assistance and information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer problems and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing shipment quotes for customers, considering their unique requirements and providing competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate shipments as required by customers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, warehouse, and sales, to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

  • A minimum of ITE or a Diploma in a relevant field.
  • 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and industry practices is advantageous.
