Customer Service Coordinator (Shipping / Marine)

My client is a maritime catering organization looking for Purchasing Coordinator / Catering Coordinator.

Work from home 2 time a week

5 days, 9am to 6pm (comfortable to come back on weekends once or twice a month)

Responsibilities:

• Managing provision Budgets for vessel
  
• Preparation &
  Processing of vessels’ orders / Reports
  
• Supplier research &
  Selection (If Required)
  
• Monitoring Vessels’ Schedule
  
• Vessels’ Inventory Management
  
• Completion of all orders before the date of supply and to make sure all orders are confirmed &
  ready for delivery/arrangement
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service / Maritime
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
