Customer Service Cum Operation Admin Asst
Lifty Tech Pte Ltd is a one-stop turnkey warehousing solution offering warehouse setup, renovation, sales of equipment and IT setup. We are focused on delivering the best customer service by taking good care of our team. We are expanding our team and will continue to grow in the coming years. Candidates with leadership qualities will be groomed to take on higher-level functions.
We are looking for a full-time (perm/temp), Admin assistant/coordinator/executive position with good customer service attitude.
Your primary job scope is as follows:
- Attend to enquiries (online/emails/phone/walk-in/follow-ups)
- Prepare quotations, invoices and reports for meetings
- Reply emails or route them to respective owners
- Take weekly meeting minutes
- Update company CRM daily
- Various office admin tasks like printing, filing, data entry, etc..
- Ad-hoc projects
The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
- Extremely organised with good office skills
- Good Problem-solving skills
- Familiar with common office and online software
- Good typing speed
- Good command of English
- Able to use WeChat and China platforms to liaise with Chinese suppliers in China
Knowledge in the IT and/or builder's hardware market will be a huge advantage and aid in your job performance.
