Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, with the aim of further developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the central area, easily accessible.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and manage customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to emails in the Customer Care mailbox.
  • Handle enquiries from various channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Assist customers with account-related queries and issues.


Requirements:


  • Diploma or A-Level qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease with engaging new people daily.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry is preferred.
