Key Responsibilities


  • Talk to international offices, agents, shipping companies, and customers.
  • Quickly and correctly answer customer questions over the phone or by email.
  • Arrange and keep track of all shipments.
  • Handle customer complaints attentively and resolve them.
  • Keep documents filed neatly for easy access.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

  • At least a GCE 'O' Level education.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Attentive to detail, good at working with others, and carries a positive attitude.
  • Able to keep up with a high-speed work setting.
  • Comfortable with handling pressure.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines, both while working alone and with a team.
  • Excellent at both speaking and writing.
