  • Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30am) / Alternate Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)




Job Descriptions


  • Customer Interaction:
    Handle inquiries and provide information on airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordination:
    Work with various departments to ensure timely processing of airfreight shipments.
  • Booking and Tracking:
    Assist customers with booking, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Resolve customer complaints and disputes professionally.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
  • Milestone Updates:
    Ensure shipment milestones are promptly updated.
  • Record Maintenance:
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with the operations team to optimize processes and improve service quality.
  • Communication:
    Keep customers informed of any delays, changes, or issues affecting their shipments.


Job Requirements


  • O Level / Diploma of any discipline
  • 2 to 3 years of similar experiences in freight forwarding industry
