Job Description




  • Attend to customer at frontline and all phone calls received.
  • Create quotations for all customers' repair and advise them accordingly.
  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.
  • Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
  • Ensure work provided addresses the concerns raised and /required by customers.
  • Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
  • Handle and assist customer complaints regarding services.
  • Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
  • Any other matter as required or assigned by supervisor/superior.
  • Provides simplified and quality service to all customers professionally.
  • Work as a team closely to fill up any possible service gaps.
  • Embrace self-repsonsiblility for all customers and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integruity and independence at work.
  • Ability to react according to work contingencies and requirements.




Qualification




Minimum completed of Secondary School


Experience 3 year and more


Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
