Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for ensuring customers are handled in a caring and respectful manner.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and manage customers issues.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with our customers by providing top notch and authentic service.
  • Effectively liaise with the operations department (factory and drivers) on the daily collection and delivery process of our customers' orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on the database system and update regularly.

Job Requirements:

  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or relevant qualification.
  • Confident with pleasant disposition and well groomed.
  • A friendly personality and great working attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Alternate Saturday work week.
  • For Singaporean or SPR only
