Working Hours:
Sun to Thursday 8.30am to 5.45pm;
Alt Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm;
Rest Day Fri


Working Location:
Changi Alps Avenue


Responsibilities :


  • Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
  • Receiving export airfreight shipments into airport warehouse
  • Receiving and checking of all inbound airfreight shipments cleared from the Terminals and transferred by Contractor into airport
  • Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
  • Monitoring and following up of import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
    Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism:
    Monthly reports


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 working experience in Logistics &
    Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
  • Good communication skill and customer service oriented preferred.
