Customer Service Officer (1 year to Perm)



  • Working Hours :
    7:
    30am to 5:
    45pm (M-F) &
    8am to 1pm (Alt Sat) 5.5 Alt work week.
  • Working Location:
    Alexandra Road
  • Salary range :
    $2,600 - $2,800


Job Description:



  • Meet and greet all walk-in customers as soon as they arrive.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Interact professionally with all customers to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to offer assistance where necessary.
  • Record daily showroom lead traffic and assign to Sales Consultant accordingly.
  • Accountable for showroom cleanliness, demonstration and Company vehicles.
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as cashiers, filing, photocopying, compile reports and plan rosters.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Daily preparation for showroom for business (music, TV, upkeep accuracy of price list, specification sheet) and replenish point of sales and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers for operation matters.
  • Active selling of parts, accessories, merchandising and lifestyle products to customers who visit the showroom.
  • Responsibility for proper billing and parts issuing.
